If you are refused entry to the UK by the immigration or visa authorities, or if an extension of your visa is declined, then a full refund will usually be granted. The only exception to this is if the refusal is connected with a breach of the law or a breach of the visa conditions or if a visa is refused as a consequence of not attending the course regularly. Any refund given will exclude the registration fee and accommodation finding fee and bank charges. If you have paid by credit card, bank charges will be deducted from the refund total. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Refund applications must be made in writing accompanied with detailed reasons for the refund request, and any relevant documentary evidence. Original visa refusal documents must be provided. The School reserves the right to seek independent confirmation of visa refusals from the British authorities. Decisions as to whether a student is entitled to a refund are made on a monthly basis, and written decisions are given. If more information is needed this may result in a delay; in this case, the student will be notified. Please note that, in the case where a student has booked through an educational agency and is granted a refund, then the refund will be made to the agency and the student should seek a refund from that agency. In cases where students have booked direct, then a refund will be made directly to them.
